The JKVL-212 series cage-type single-seat control valve features a top-guided unbalanced structure, characterized by high strength, heavy load capacity, S-shaped flow path, minimal pressure drop loss, large flow coefficient, wide adjustable range, and high precision in flow characteristics.

This type of control valve is suitable for applications with low differential pressure, providing tight shut-off and effective regulation of medium flow or pressure.

The valve cage employs a pressed-in seat design, addressing issues such as difficult disassembly and high leakage associated with traditional threaded-in seats, thereby extending service life. The flow-to-open design ensures that the medium tends toward the valve opening direction, offering excellent controllability at low openings and minimal distortion in flow characteristics. Special valve cages for noise reduction and cavitation resistance are available based on operational requirements.
