Introduction Features Of PTFE Electric Butterfly Valve :
The electric PTFE-lined butterfly valve is fabricated by molding (or inlaying) PTFE onto the inner walls of pressure-bearing steel or iron valve components (a method equally applicable for lining various pressure vessels and pipeline accessories) or the external surfaces of valve internals, leveraging its exceptional resistance to highly corrosive media to manufacture diverse valves and pressure vessels. PTFE electric butterfly valve is primarily designed for shut-off and throttling applications in pipeline systems. Its closure mechanism consists of a disc-shaped butterfly plate that rotates about its own axis within the valve body to achieve opening, closing, or flow regulation.
