The integrated pneumatic high-temperature ball valve is a high-performance valve device, mainly applied in industrial fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, rubber and papermaking. The structure of integrated pneumatic high-temperature ball valve is compatible with types such as stop valves and plunger valves, and has strong compatibility. The integrated pneumatic actuated high-temperature ball valve adopts a new type of sealing material to replace the traditional PTFE valve seat, enhancing its wear resistance, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Its service life is 3 to 5 times longer than that of similar products. The core sphere is precisely processed, with its surface roughness and roundness meeting the standards. The integrated pneumatic high-temperature ball valve structure controls the medium flow by pneumatic actuator to drive the valve stem, achieving efficient sealing. It features easy operation, high stability and reliable sealing.
