Introduction Features Of Power Motorized Butterfly Valve :
The Motorized power butterfly valve comprises two high-pressure die-cast semi-valve bodies constructed from aluminum alloy material, featuring a rotating valve disc made of Aluminium, polyurethane, ductile iron, stainless steel material and rubber sealing rings. This assembly is specifically designed for sealing material bins, hoppers, and silos containing powdered or granular substances.
Standard Features Of Power Electric Butterfly Valve :
● The cylinder employs a combination of Y-ring and O-ring seals to ensure enhanced reliability and durability of the sealing system.
● The aluminum alloy valve body is manufactured through integral die-casting process, resulting in enhanced overall lightweight characteristics.
● The standard operating temperature shall not exceed 80°C, with material density maintained below 1.3T/m³.
● Featuring a top flange and a detachable pipe joint for connecting a flexible sleeve to facilitate material discharge.
