The pneumatic 3way sanitary ball valve,The valve body is made of food grade stainless steel 304 and 316L. According to the structure, it is divided into T type and L type. It can be used in sanitary working conditions to change, split and merge the pipeline medium. The pneumatic 3 way sanitary ball valve adopts Tri Clamp connection, which is convenient for disassembly, maintenance and cleaning of the valve chamber. Moreover, the valve body is polished and sterilized on the inside and outside, and the smooth surface ensures cleanliness and does not cause potential contamination. It can be widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, and beverages for switching, cutting off or regulating the flow of media.
Design Features Of SONGO Pneumatic Food Grade 3way Ball Valve:
1).The mirror surface is polished with a Ra value of no more than 0.8 μm. The structure has no dead corners, preventing the growth of microorganisms.Available options include Tri clamps, threaded or welding.
2).EPDM, PTFE or silicone sealing rings, non-toxic, resistant to high temperatures (-20°C to 150°C), zero pollution sealing.
3).Available In Spring Return(Single Acting) And Double Acting Pneumatic Actuator, the switching speed is ≤ 1 seconds, and it supports PLC automatic control.
4).Available In 2 way,3 way(T-port or L-port).
5).Full bore design, capable of withstanding 132°C high-temperature steam sterilization and strong acid/alkali cleaning agents, suitable for CIP/SIP cleaning processes with high hygiene requirements.
