At the same time, it ensures Zero Dead Space and zero-pollution fluid transmission environment. It is made of 316L ultra-polished stainless steel, with a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm. It is widely used in industries with strict hygiene standards such as food, pharmaceuticals, and bioengineering.
Features Of SONGO Tri Clamp Food Grade Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve:
1).The three-piece sanitary structure can be easily disassembled, facilitating thorough cleaning and sterilization (compatible with CIP/SIP). The inner surface is electro-polished with Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, ensuring no microbial residue.
2).Equipped with Quarter-turn pneumatic actuators (single/ double acting), with response time ≤ 1 seconds, supporting PLC linkage, enabling automatic control.
3).Working temperature: -20℃ to 180℃. It can withstand steam sterilization.
4).2 way or 3 way design, Suitable for different working environments.
