Descriptions And Features Of Forged Steel Ceramic Pneumatic Ball Valve:

The forged ceramic ball valve with pneumatic actuator is three-pcs body design with flange connection. Material of body could be carbon steel or stainless steel according to working conditions or per customers' requirements. All wet parts include ball, seat and lining are all made of structure ceramics so that medium will not be in touch with body directly and valve body will not be corroded or abraded.

Principle Of Single Acting Pneumatic Actuator (Spring Return)

Air to port A forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.   Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is being exhausted from port A.	Air to port B forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.   Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs forces the pistons inwards.
