The high pressure motorized ball valve is composed of a forged steel high-pressure ball valve body and a quarter-turn electric actuator. Powered by AC220V, AC380V, or DC24V, the motorized high pressure ball valve operates by receiving current signals (4-20mA, 0-10mA) or voltage signals (1-5VDC), enabling precise control of its movement. Through the torque output of the quarter-turn actuator, the valve's ball rotates 0~90°, facilitating the opening, closing, or regulating actions. Manufactured with SONGO valve forgings as its primary components, this valve overcomes the inherent defects of cast steel valves, ensuring structural pressure uniformity under maximum working pressure.
High Pressure Electric Ball Valve:
● The electric high-pressure ball valve is specifically engineered for high-pressure applications, ensuring stable performance when handling high-pressure media (such as compressed gases and high-pressure liquids) in chemical processes, thereby preventing leakage or valve body deformation.
● Featuring either metal hard sealing or high-performance soft sealing (PTFE), it effectively prevents the leakage of corrosive, toxic, or flammable substances, fully complying with safety standards in the chemical industry.
● Equipped with an electric actuator, the valve enables remote control for rapid opening and closing, making it ideal for emergency shut-off or frequent adjustment scenarios, and seamlessly integrates with DCS/PLC systems.
