Descriptions And Features Of CF8 Pneumatic Vertical Sanitary Ball Valve:
The pneumatic vertical sanitary ball valves are valves in which the opening and closing parts rotate around the axis of the valve stem. They are mainly used for fluid control in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. The specifications cover DN15 to DN200, made of SUS304/316L stainless steel. The connection methods include quick installation, welding, threading and flange, and comply with ISO, DIN, IDF and other standards. The surface is polished to achieve a cleanliness of Ra≤0.8μm. The sealing materials can be selected from EPDM, PTFE, etc. The applicable temperature range of food grade ball valve is -20 to +135℃, and the pressure range is 1.0 to 1.6MPa. The sanitary ball valve includes straight-through T-type, three-way quick-installation and non-retention type. The channel is smooth and seamless and supports automatic emptying, meeting the CIP cleaning requirements. The fully enclosed valve seat seal is adopted to prevent medium residue, and the V-shaped ball core can be selected to handle media containing fibers. The product complies with the GB/T21465-2008 valve terminology standard, meets GMP and FDA hygiene certifications, and is suitable for fluid transportation and filling processes in fields such as dairy products, beverages, and biopharmaceuticals.
