Overview of Cryogenic Pneumatic Weld Cut Off Valve:

The pneumatic low temperature cut-off valve is automated safety valve specially designed for extreme low temperature environments. It can quickly cut off liquefied gases or cryogenic fluids in emergency situations, ensuring the safety of the system. It features rapid response, strong adaptability to low temperatures, and reliable sealing. It is widely used in storage, transportation and delivery systems for ultra-low temperature media such as liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon.

The Features Of Cryogenic Pneumatic Shut Off Globe Valve:

1). Using forged stainless steel body, Inconel 625 stem, PCTFE seat, ensures zero leakage sealing of the valve.

2). Extended Bonnet design to prevent packing from freezing - accommodates valve stem cold contraction.

3). Rapid Shutdown,Double-acting pneumatic actuator with < 1-second response time.

4). Fail-Safe Operation,Spring-return models for FC/FO (fail-close/fail-open) emergency modes.
