The diaphragm type pressure reducing valve is a direct acting pressure reducing valve. Its core component is a diaphragm. This diaphragm is used to sense the changes in the outlet pressure and drive the valve core to move, thereby automatically adjusting the valve opening to achieve the purpose of reducing the higher inlet pressure and stabilizing it at a set, lower outlet pressure.
Design Features Of Carbon Steel Steam Pressure Reducing Valve:
1). The Diaphragm has a large area and is highly sensitive to changes in the outlet pressure. It can respond quickly and has relatively high pressure stabilization accuracy.
2). The structure is relatively simple, easy to maintain, and has low cost.
3). Suitable for various media. By choosing the appropriate film materials (such as Viton, PTFE lining), corrosive gases, liquids and steam can be handled.
4). The diaphragm can provide better clamping force and has better sealing performance during cutting.
5). Various materials (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel) and connection methods (Thread, Flange, Weld) are available for selection, depending on different working conditions requirements.
