Descriptions Of PTFE Lined Electromagnetic Flowmeter:

The electromagnetic flowmeter is a high-precision flow measurement instrument based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, specifically designed for measuring the volumetric flow of conductive liquids such as water, wastewater, acid and alkali solutions, and slurries. It features no pressure loss, corrosion resistance, and stable measurement, making it an ideal choice for industrial automation and smart water management.

When a conductive liquid flows through the sensor's measuring tube, it cuts the magnetic field lines in a direction perpendicular to the flow, generating an induced electromotive force that is proportional to the flow velocity. Two electrodes installed opposite each other detect this signal, which is then amplified by the converter and converted into a standard output signal (such as 4–20mA, pulse, RS485, etc.), enabling real-time monitoring and data transmission of the flow.

1). The flow measurement results are not affected by changes in the fluid's density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity (within a certain range), ensuring long-term stable output.

2). The measuring tube has no moving parts or blocking components, so there is no additional pressure loss, it is less prone to clogging, has low maintenance costs and a long service life.

3). By choosing different types of liners (such as polytetrafluoroethylene, rubber) and electrodes (such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy alloy, tantalum), it is possible to handle highly corrosive and highly abrasive media.
4). Supports both forward and reverse flow measurement, and has a built-in accumulator to record the total volume. Suitable for complex working conditions.
5). Two types of structures are provided: integrated type and split type. The split type converter can be placed away from harsh environments, facilitating reading and maintenance.
