Product Description

SONGO Direct Steam Injection Humidifier

Stainless Steel 304 construction with single or multiple tube configurations. Available in electric operated dry versions with DN15, DN25, DN32 flanged or NPT thread connections.

Working Principle

The dry steam humidifier utilizes an external steam source to filter condensate from saturated steam through a steam separation device, emitting uniform steam via steam nozzles. The nozzle features a double insulation jacket that preheats the nozzle and prevents condensate from spraying into the air conditioning system. Separated condensate is discharged through the trap at the bottom of the tank.

Application Scope

Primarily used in air conditioning and air duct humidification systems, high-precision humidification applications, and high-cleanliness environments. Also suitable for direct workshop humidification. Various humidifier types accommodate diverse steam humidification requirements.

Configuration Details

Divisible form configuration: When facing the humidifier nozzle hole, water separator on left side indicates left (L) configuration, right side indicates right (R) configuration. During installation, nozzle hole should spray in reverse direction. Humidification capacity relates to humidifier water separator model, on-off valve, and spray hole aperture - not nozzle length. Rated humidification amount applies when valve is fully open.

Selection Guidelines

Control mode selection (manual, solenoid valve, electric, pneumatic control)
Steam pressure determination (operating range: 0.1-0.4Mpa)
Calculate mixing amount to determine water separator caliber
Determine nozzle length and quantity based on air conditioner/air duct height and width
Determine humidifier left/right configuration based on air conditioning/air duct design structure

Note: For precise humidity adjustment, electric pneumatic proportional actuators are recommended. Switch pulling forms may generate condensate during instant saturation, reducing humidification accuracy.

Installation Guidelines

Install within absorption distance; use multi-nozzle humidifier if necessary with nozzles aligned with airflow direction
Nozzle end should tilt slightly upward to allow condensate flow back into evaporation chamber
Maintain minimum 250mm distance from downstream cold surfaces
Maintain at least 2m distance between humidifier nozzle and control sensor
Install nozzles between heater and muffler to mitigate steam injection noise
Equal spacing between multiple nozzles during installation
