Installation and Test Of electrci temp control valve:
Installation :
1). Before installation, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned to remove impurities such as welding slag. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the valve.
2). The electric temperature control valve should be installed vertically on the horizontal pipeline, and the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the arrow indication on the valve body.
3). To ensure continuous operation of the automatic control system or when performing maintenance on the valves, a bypass valve should be installed. A filter and pressure gauge should be placed before the valve. A thermometer should be installed near the sensor for on-site monitoring and temperature setting. See the figure below.
4).The sensors must be fully immersed in the controlled medium and be installed either horizontally or at an upward angle.
Test :
(1) Slowly open the stop valve before the control valve to open the main valve. If necessary, adjust the compression spring to ensure the main valve opens. (Usually no adjustment is necessary as it has been set properly during manufacturing.)
(2) The temperature control display shows the actual temperature value. Press the button and it will display the set temperature value
(3) This valve should be used in environments with an ambient temperature ranging from -25℃ to 55℃. Please be cautious to prevent moisture.
