Electric Angle Type Control Valve

Electric angle type control valve is mainly composed of an electric actuator and an angle-shaped valve body. The valve core has a single-directional structure, featuring a simple flow path, low resistance, large flow capacity, and high regulation accuracy. It is suitable for controlling high-viscosity media, fluids containing particles and slurry, 90-degree elbow joints, flash steam fluids, etc. It can avoid coking and blockage, and the valve body has no dead corners, making it easy for self-cleaning and cleaning. It is widely used. 

The electric angle-type regulating valve automatically controls the opening degree of the valve based on the signal from the regulating position, thereby achieving the regulation of the medium flow rate, pressure and level. The optimal characteristic is the equal percentage curve, and it has stable regulation and good regulation performance. 

Working principle of electric angle-type control valve:
The electric angle-type control valve usually adopts a flow-out type (i.e., bottom inlet and side outlet) direction. The electric actuator contains servo functions and accepts unified 4-20mA or 1-5VDC standard signals. It converts the current signal into the corresponding linear displacement, automatically controlling the opening degree of the control valve to achieve continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level in the pipeline. 

The electric angle regulating valve has the advantages of low pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used for precise control of gases, liquids and other media, maintaining process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature and liquid level at given values. It is particularly suitable for high-viscosity media containing suspended solids and particles, where the leakage is small and the pressure difference between the valve in front and behind is not large. It can avoid coking and blockage, and is convenient for self-cleaning and cleaning.
