Overview Of Motorized 2 Piece Flange Cryogenic Ball Valve:
The electric 2 piece flange cryogenic ball valve is mainly applicable to low-temperature working conditions where the medium temperature ranges from -40℃ to -196℃ and the medium is liquid nitrogen (cryogenic). To ensure the safe and reliable operation of the valve at low temperatures, the valve parts have undergone cryogenic treatment before fine processing. The valve cover adopts a long neck structure, whose purpose is to protect the function of the stuffing box and keep the stuffing box in a position far from the low temperature Ensure the sealing effect of the packing. Electric cryogenic ball valves are often used in management systems for low-temperature and cryogenic media.

Electric cryogenic ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with pressures ranging from PN1.0 to 10MPA. They are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By choosing different materials, they can be respectively applied to different temperatures and media. The minimum working temperature is -196℃, and the commonly used media are cryogenic fluids such as liquid helium, liquid hydrogen, liquefied natural gas, liquid nitrogen, and liquid oxygen.
