Descriptions And Features Of Uni-directional Electric Knife Gate Valve:
SONGO electric knife gate valve is a fluid control device widely used in industrial pipeline systems, mainly for cutting off media containing solid particles or fiber impurities . Its core feature is the use of a knife-shaped gate, which achieves the opening and closing function through movement perpendicular to the fluid direction. It is suitable for fully open or fully closed states and cannot be used for flow regulation.
● Classified by sealing form
1). Hard-sealed knife gate valve : The sealing surface is made of metal materials (such as stainless steel, hard alloy), which can withstand high temperature and high pressure and is suitable for corrosive media.
2). Soft-sealed knife gate valve : The sealing surface is made of rubber or polytetrafluoroethylene, providing excellent sealing performance and is suitable for applications with strict leakage requirements.
● Classified by operated mode
1). Electric knife gate valve : Equipped with a multi-turn electric actuator, it supports remote control and is suitable for scenarios with high levels of automation or frequent operations
2). Other types include manual, pneumatic and hydraulic knife gate valves, which are respectively suitable for different operating frequencies and environmental requirements.
Structural advantage
