SS304 female thread pneumatic ball valve series are our SONGO AT serie piston pneumatic actuators driven by compressed gas. The piston cylinder rotate 90 degrees to drive the valve to open and close. Double piston symmetrical structure enables fast and steady action, high precision, high output 
torque as well as reverse rotation by simply changing the installation position of the piston. The actuator of SS304 female Thread Pneumatic Ball Valve with Air-to-open and Spring- to- close, or Air- to- close and Spring- to- open, or double action. The accessories of actuator which function you need, like limit switch, solenoid valve and positioner. The main features of SS304 female thread pneumatic ball valves are their compact structure, ease of operation and maintenance. They are suitable for general working media such as water, solvents, acids and natural gas, and are also applicable to media with harsh working conditions, such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane and ethylene.

Air to port A forces the pistons outwards, causing the springs to compress, The pinion turns counterclockwise while air is being exhausted from port B.

Loss of air pressure on port A, the stored energy in the springs forces the pistons inwards. The pinion turns clockwise while air is being exhausted from port A.
