Product Overview of SS304 IP68 Motorized Needle Valve

Needle valve is a valve that can be accurately adjusted, with a wide range of uses, such as the cutting distance for flame cutting, adjusting the flame temperature knob is needle valve. Instrument needle valve is an important part of the instrument measurement pipeline system, mainly includes globe valve and ball valve, its function is to open or cut off the pipeline path. 1. The flow path of the valve body is strictly designed with uniform cross-section and low resistance, resulting in minimal pressure drop loss.

2. The valve core adopts an enhanced valve stem guiding structure, thus providing excellent working stability, especially capable of withstanding the impact of high-speed fluid on the valve core.

3. The electric needle-type small flow control valve uses a 220V AC single-phase power supply as the driving power source. It is a fully electronic actuator that operates based on control signals from DCS or PLC in the range of DC4-20mA (DC1-5V, etc.), and can also output (DC4-20mA or DC1-5V) feedback signals of valve position (location).
