The pneumatic 2 piece ball valve adopts a two-piece valve body structure, featuring a compact design, excellent sealing performance, and convenient maintenance. Combined with pneumatic actuators for driving, it enables rapid opening and closing as well as precise flow control. It can be quickly installed through threaded connections (NPT/BSP), and is suitable for liquids, gases, and corrosive media. It is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and water treatment.
Features Of SONGO Stainless Steel Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve:
1).The pneumatic ball valve body is composed of two parts. It is easy to disassemble and assemble, making it convenient for cleaning and maintenance. Optional stainless steel (304/316), carbon steel, brass, suitable for high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments.
2).PTFE valve seat, resistant to wear and corrosion; or PPL valve seat(up to 200℃), with high temperature resistance,ensuring zero leakage during long-term use and extending service life.
3).NPT or BSP thread standard, easy to install, strong sealing performance, avoiding leakage risks.
4).It achieves rapid opening and closing through pneumatic actuators (single acting/double acting), with a short response time, and is suitable for automated control systems.
5).2 way or 3 way design, meeting different pipeline requirements.
