The bellows control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve that adopts a bellows sealing structure and is suitable for control systems with highly toxic and strongly corrosive media. The pressure rating of pneumatic diaphragm modulating valve bellows seal type is PN1.6 to 6.4MPa, the applicable temperature range is from -196°C to 550°C, and the drive methods include pneumatic and electric

The Principle Of Pneumatic Diaphragm Bellows Seal Type Modulating Valve:

The upper valve cover adopts a corrugated tube seal structure, which can completely eliminate the possibility of process medium leakage from the valve stem movement gap. This is one of the notable features of pneumatic diaphragm modulating valve bellows seal type. Due to the inherent deformability and outstanding anti-aging property of the bellows element, this pneumatic diaphragm bellows seal type modulating valve completely overcomes the common weaknesses of packing seal valves, such as packing aging and temperature difference sensitivity. Secondly, the adoption of a dual sealing structure of bellows and packing ensures better safety and reliability. Therefore, it has been widely applied in automatic control systems for highly toxic, strongly corrosive, radioactive and other rare and special media. The pneumatic diaphragm bellows seal type control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and a large output force. Leakage: Metal valve seat: Complies with standard ANSIBl6.104 VI grade, less than 0.5% of the rated Cv. PTFE valve seat: Standard complies with ANSI L6.104 VI grade, less than 10-7 backlash of rated Cv: 5% (without positioner); 3% (with positioner) Linearity: ± 11% (without positioner) ± 3% (with positioner) Note: Standard V-shaped polytetrafluoroethylene packing is adopted.
