The pneumatic double-seat control valve is an industrial control device composed of a pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator and a straight-through double-seat valve body. It is mainly applied in clean medium working conditions in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, and pharmaceuticals. It is suitable for situations where the pressure difference before and after the valve is relatively large and the leakage rate is not strictly required. It adopts a double-seat plunger type valve core and an upper and lower guiding structure. By balancing the unbalanced force through bidirectional thrust, it significantly increases the allowable pressure difference range (up to 6.4MPa). Compared with single-seat valves, it has a larger rated flow coefficient, but the leakage standard is generally grade III or IV.

The valve body material of this equipment includes cast steel, stainless steel, etc. The applicable temperature range covers -250℃ to +560℃. The drive mechanism adopts the ZHA/B series multi-spring diaphragm actuator, supporting air-on/air-off control mode and linear/equal percentage flow characteristics. Equipped with accessories such as positioners and filter pressure reducers, the adjustment accuracy can be optimized. During maintenance, the sealing parts and packing should be inspected regularly to ensure reliability. Common specifications include standard type, bellows sealed type and jacketed insulated type, suitable for pipes with diameters ranging from DN20 to 400. Installation must comply with vertical fixation and specific environmental requirements
