Product Description

Descriptions And Features Of Pneumatic Ventilation Flange Butterfly Valve:

The pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve is a gas medium control device powered by compressed air, mainly used for gas flow regulation and shut-off operations in industrial pipeline systems such as building materials, metallurgy, and power. Pneumatic actuated ventilation butterfly valve adopts a design of welding a centerline butterfly plate with a short structural steel plate. It features a compact structure, low flow resistance and large flow capacity. The pneumatic operated ventilation butterfly valve can be controlled by rotating 90° to achieve medium on-off control and is suitable for horizontal or multi-station installation.

 

The flange pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve core structure consists of a sealing assembly composed of a soft T-ring and multiple layers of stainless steel plates. Combined with the inclined conical valve plate design, it can achieve automatic compensation sealing under bidirectional medium pressure, and has both the adaptability of soft sealing and the high-temperature resistance of metal hard sealing (≤300℃). The pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve body material can be selected from corrosion-resistant materials such as cast steel and stainless steel. It is equipped with GT/AW type pneumatic actuators, supporting double-acting/single-acting actuator and automation accessories such as solenoid valves and positioners.

 

The nominal diameter of 310S pneumatic ventilation butterfly valve covers DN50-DN4000, and the nominal pressure is ≤0.6MPa. The pneumatic ventilation flange butterfly valve complies with national standards such as GB/T 12238 and is suitable for medium environments such as dusty gas and flue gas. It is widely used in boiler and kiln flue control and environmental protection projects. The butterfly plate can be prevented from getting stuck due to thermal expansion and contraction by adjusting the ring spring mechanism.
