Descriptions And Features Of Full PTFE Lined Wafer Pneumatic Butterfly Valve:

The pneumatic fully lined wafer butterfly valve is a special type of valve specifically designed for highly corrosive media. It features a fully lined fluoropolymer (PTFE/PFA) structure and is equipped with an electric actuator to achieve rapid opening and closing or regulation. This valve exhibits outstanding corrosion resistance and is suitable for harsh conditions such as acids, alkalis, solvents, and high-purity chemicals. It is an ideal choice for industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and electroplating.

 

1.Zero-leakage seal, featuring a fully encapsulated PTFE/PFA design, meeting the requirements of bubble-level sealing. Resistant to strong acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases, and organic solvents.

2.Supports single acting (spring return) or double acting pneumatic actuators, with fast response time (1-3 seconds), and can be connected to PLC/DCS systems.

3.For the wafer structure, it is lightweight, saves installation space and has a long service life.

4.It is various connection methods such as Flanges, Wafer, and Lug available for selection, meeting different requirements for pipe connections.
