The pneumatic cryogenic ball valve features flange-end connections and is engineered to operate reliably in extreme temperatures from -196°C to +80°C. Designed for liquid natural gas (LNG), liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and other cryogenic fluids, this valve ensures bubble-tight shutoff, explosion-proof safety, and zero leakage in critical processes.
Features Of SONGO Stainless Steel Pneumatic Low Temperature Ball Valve:
1). By using 2 piece casting process and then undergoing low temperature treatment, this flanged ball valve can be used in low temperatures ranging from -196℃ to 80℃, with low cost and reasonable price.
2). Extended valve stem structure, reduces heat conduction, prevents external icing.
3). Use special low temperature materials (such as PCTFE, PPL, and metal seals) to ensure no leakage at -196℃.
4). Supports single acting (spring return) or double acting pneumatic actuators, which can be integrated with solenoid valves, limit switches, and positioners to achieve automated control.
5). ANSI, DIN, JIS and GB standard flanges, with stable installation and strong sealing performance.
