Overview of Pneumatic Diaphragm SS304 Double Seat Control Valve:
Pneumatic double seat control valve has the characteristics of compact structure, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, etc., can be used for harsh working conditions, rated flow coefficient than the same diameter of the single seat valve, but the leakage is also larger than the single seat valve. Working principle of pneumatic double seat control valve: pneumatic double seat control valve, the seat has two spool, the fluid flow from the left side of the valve body, through the valve seat and spool, from the right outflow.
