Descriptions And Features Of Double Eccentric Pneumatic Wafer Butterfly Valve:

The double eccentric pneumatic wafer butterfly valve is an industrial valve device driven by steam power, mainly used for flow control of fluids such as water, gas, oil and media containing particles. The pneumatic high-performance butterfly valve main body is made of stainless steel or cast steel valve body, with PTFE valve seat. The applicable temperature range covers -40℃ to +600℃. The pneumatic high-performance double eccentric butterfly valve supports wafer and flange connections (in compliance with DIN/ANSI/JIS standards), and the nominal pressure can reach PN40 Class300LB.

This valve adopts a triple-eccentric or double-eccentric structure design. It achieves high-precision regulation through zero-friction opening and closing between the valve plate and the valve seat, with an adjustable ratio of up to 100:1. It is also equipped with self-lubricating bushings and other components to enhance durability. The core components, the butterfly plate and the valve body, can be customized in stainless steel or alloy materials. The high performance double eccentric pneumatic wafer butterfly valve seat is made of PTFE material to adapt to high-temperature, high-pressure and granular medium working conditions. The product complies with standards such as GB/T12238 and API609, with a nominal diameter ranging from DN50 to 1200mm. It is widely used in fields such as petrochemicals, metallurgy, power, and environmental protection. The wear problem of traditional valves is solved by optimizing the butterfly plate trajectory and sealing structure, and it supports double-sided pressure-holding sealing.
