Benefits Of Manual flange butterfly valve :
The structure adopts a central soft-sealing design. The outer circle of the butterfly plate is in a spherical shape, which forms a bidirectional seal with the synthetic rubber valve seat. It can be opened and closed under pressure for more than 50,000 times without any leakage. The seal can be made of composite materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene and EPDM, which have both elasticity and wear resistance. The surface of the butterfly plate can be coated with layers such as nylon to enhance its corrosion resistance.

1). Compact and lightweight, easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain, and can be installed at any position.
2). The structure is simple and compact, with low operating torque. It can be rotated 90° quickly.
3). The sealing parts can be replaced and the sealing is reliable, achieving bidirectional sealing.
4). The driving method can be selected as manual, electric or pneumatic.
5). When the nominal pressure is 1.6 MPa, the strength test pressure is 2.4 MPa, and the sealing test pressure is 1.76 MPa.
