It is specifically designed for extreme working conditions such as seawater desalination, chemical processing, aerospace, and marine applications. Equipped with an air actuator, it enables rapid opening and closing or precise adjustment, making it an ideal choice for controlling highly corrosive media such as strong acids, strong bases, and chloride ions.
Features Of SONGO NPT Thread Titanium Pneumatic Actuator Ball Valve:
1).It is made of titanium alloy, which can withstand strong acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid), strong alkalis, seawater and chloride ions. Its corrosion resistance is far superior to that of stainless steel. Suitable for highly corrosive media, such as chemical fluids, seawater desalination, acidic gases, etc.
2).Equipped with double-acting/single-acting (spring-return) pneumatic actuators, it supports automatic control. The switching speed is fast and it is suitable for working conditions that require frequent operation.
3).PTFE soft seals or metal hard seals are available, ensuring 100% bubble-free sealing, zero leakage sealing.
4).Titanium alloys have low density, light weight, good wear resistance, resistance to fatigue, and long service life.
5).Flanged (ANSI,GB,DIN,JIS), threaded (NPT/BSP), welded (BW/SW) options are available, suitable for various pipeline requirements.
