Benefits Of Cryogenic flange ball valve :

The cryogenic flanged ball valve is a type of valve equipment used to control the flow direction of low-temperature media. It is mainly applied in the transportation systems of flammable and explosive liquid media such as liquefied natural gas, liquid oxygen, and liquid hydrogen. The applicable temperature range is from -46℃ to -196℃. Its design follows the GB12237-89 standard, and the flange connection adopts the GB/T 9113-2000 standard.

During the manufacturing process, cryogenic treatment process is adopted. The parts are placed in a cooling medium for 2 to 6 hours to relieve stress and avoid the leakage risks caused by cryogenic deformation. The product mainly addresses the internal leakage, external leakage and structural failure problems of liquefied natural gas valves due to material defects, ensuring the sealing and stability of the medium transportation.

Features Of Cryogenic flange ball valve :

1). The material of the pressure-bearing component can withstand the expansion and contraction caused by the change in medium temperature. The structure of the sealing part will not undergo permanent deformation when the temperature changes.

2). The valve cover adopts a long-neck structure. Its purpose is to protect the function of the packing chamber, placing the packing chamber at a position far away from the low-temperature area, thus ensuring the sealing effect of the packing.

3). The Cryogenic ball valve is equipped with a structure to prevent abnormal pressure rise. Due to the gasification of the medium inside the cryogenic valve, its volume expands dramatically, causing the pressure to rise abnormally. When the pressure in the valve chamber increases, the valve chamber and the inlet side are connected, or a pressure relief valve is installed at the inlet end of the valve to ensure the safe use of the valve.

4). Supports various driving methods such as manual, pneumatic, and electric, meeting the requirements of automated control. The sphere can rotate 90° to complete the opening and closing. The stroke is short and the operation is rapid, making it convenient for maintenance and component replacement.
