Soft-seal gate valve, an industrial valve, the opening and closing component of the gate valve is the gate plate. The movement direction of the gate plate is perpendicular to the flow direction. The gate valve can only be fully opened or fully closed, and cannot be used for regulation and throttling. The gate plate has two sealing surfaces. The most commonly used type, the gate plate valve, has two sealing surfaces forming a wedge shape, and the wedge angle varies with the valve parameters. The nominal diameter is DN50 to DN600, and the operating temperature is ≤ 200℃.

Design Features Of Non-Rising Stem Resilient Seated Gate Valve :

1. Valve stem concealment: The valve stem is connected to the gate plate through threads. When the handwheel or driving device is rotated, the valve stem rotates in place, driving the gate plate to rise or fall. The valve stem does not protrude outside the valve body.

2. The valve body has no exposed valve stem inside, the flow channel is smooth, and the pressure loss is small, making it suitable for high-flow conditions.

3. The metal frame is covered with elastic materials (such as rubber, EPDM, NBR, PTFE), and achieves bidirectional sealing by compressing and deforming to fit with the valve seat.

4. The soft sealing material has good elasticity, which can compensate for manufacturing errors and temperature deformation, ensuring long-term sealing reliability.

5.  The concealed-rod type is lower in height and is suitable for installation in space-constrained pipeline systems (such as underground pipe galleries and equipment floors)
