Working Principle of Pneumatic Diaphragm Single-Seat Control Valve:  
The pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valve uses compressed air as the power source and drives the valve body movement through related accessories such as an electric valve positioner, converter, solenoid valve, and hold-up valve. By adjusting the flow area between the valve plug and seat, it regulates flow rate, enabling either on/off or proportional control. It receives control signals from industrial automation systems to regulate various process parameters such as flow rate, pressure, and temperature in pipelines.

Pneumatic diaphragm single-seat control valves are divided into air-to-open and air-to-close types. An air-to-open valve gradually opens as the signal pressure increases, and remains closed when there is no signal. An air-to-close valve gradually closes as the signal pressure increases, and remains fully open when there is no signal.
