Overview Of Carbon Steel Self-operated Pressure Control Valve:
Self-operated pressure control valve is mainly composed of control valve, actuator and a pressure setting spring, suitable for non-corrosive liquids, gases, and steam, in the system pipeline in front of the valve (when the valve pressure rises, the control valve opens) or after the valve (when the valve pressure rises, the control valve opens) pressure control. Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, medicine, food, textile, machinery, hVAC, the mode of action has the pressure adjustment after the decompression valve and pressure relief valve before the pressure regulation.
Feature Of Stainless Steel Self-operated Pressure Automatic Control Valve :
1). Utilize self-energy of adjusted medium to realize automatic adjustment, integrate transmission, control and execution.
2). Pressure set value can be adjusted during the operation.
3). Flow characteristic: Quick opening, action sensitivity,easy adjustment,high accuracy,good seal performance.
4). According to function, control valves can be divided into pressure control before valve ,pressure control after valve and two points' constant pressure differential
5). Actuators have three types, such as diaphragm type, piston type and bellows.
