The flanged ball valve is a type of valve driven by a worm gear and worm mechanism. It achieves the opening and closing of the pipeline medium and the control of flow direction by rotating the ball. This valve adopts a floating ball and fixed ball structure type. The valve body is made of stainless steel or 316L material, carbon steel material. The sealing structure is divided into PTFE soft seal and metal hard seal.
Design Features Of Flange ptfe ball Valve:
1). The fluid resistance is low, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of a pipe section of the same length.
2). Simple structure, small volume and light weight
3). The operation is convenient, the opening and closing is rapid. From fully open to fully closed, it only requires a 90° rotation. This makes it easy to control from a distance.
4). Nominal pressure or pressure class: PN1.0 - 4.0 MPa, ANSI CLASS 150-Class300
